I’m such a slacker.
It’s been months since my last post and I blame that on college. Now that it’s finally summer I have enough time to start recording my fitness (and baking) adventures again! My diet has been pretty terrible lately, so I’m working on cleaning that up. It doesn’t help that when I get bored I bake. Today I’m baking white chocolate chip cookies and hoping to go work out in the next few hours. Yesterday I went to my first zumba class in over two years and I definitely missed how much fun those classes are. I might go for a studio cycle class today and then maybe a leg work-out. I’m up to about 270-290 pounds on the leg press and 290-310 on the calf press depending on how good of a day it is. Progress!
